Frankie is a Certified Professional Coach, accredited by University of Georgia in adult learning, and certified in the LEGO® Serious Play® Method of Facilitation. He holds an MBA and Certificate of Leadership Studies from the State University of New York (SUNY) Binghamton. And he earned his Ph.D. from the University of Georgia in 2010 in Management, where his dissertation focused on strengthening the outcomes of workplace learning through the application of advanced beliefs about the nature of human knowledge. A renown expert on leadership and mentoring systems, Frankie builds on this foundation to provide expert coaching, consultation, and systemic program design to empower clients to advance into the realm of the extraordinary and achieve authentic and exceptional results.
