Our Three-Stage Blueprint

That’s where we come in. RisingTerrain provides a three-stage blueprint to design and adopt productivity systems for the entire team.

  • First, we deal with the team members by helping them break down the boundaries that separate them into competing camps. We create a common language for building trust, mutual care and support, and we remove organizational boundaries that constrain shared responsibilities and results, and separate people into those competing camps. Mutual care and support create a balance between the team members trusting each other and their willingness to adopt systems that will increase and improve their effectiveness.
  • Second, we help create and teach the processes that will lead to effective production. We tailor these systems to the individual member and project goals. This adoption includes developing individual team members’ skills through workshops, project-centered learning assignments, coaching, and demonstrations.
  • Finally, we continually seek and receive feedback, making all necessary refinements and improvements in response.
