RisingTerrain principal Tom Richert is a frequent public speaker and published author. In addition to client and conference presentations and workshops in the U.S. and Europe he has lectured graduate classes at UC Berkeley, Loyola University New Orleans, and Wentworth Institute of Technology. He is a LEGO® Serious Play® Certified Facilitator and uses the approach to help teams develop focus alignment and understand leadership challenges. In 2018, he published Lean Conversations, a book that details insights from a groundbreaking workshop exploring artistic perspectives on lean productivity practices.
